National Temporary Workers Week

Heather & Linda went visiting the elite of their Temporary Workforce in June to present them with awards.

• Aled Roberts - for being the Best Trainee. Aled secured a permanent post through his temporary assignment, even though he had to take time off for a broken wrist after a football accident (and we still don’t know if he won the match or not!)
• Vicky Jones & Heather Lloyd - for Achievements in Personal Development & Career Enhancement. Both young ladies have excelled themselves in terms of enhancing their skills and employability and building on their education and knowledge.
• Jason Jones - for having the Best Sense of Humour. Jason was presented his award by his former college tutor, Sylvia Davies and his special prize included a Letterbox mug and a box of crayons….Nothing further required!
• Lisa Jenkins - for the Dedication & Commitment. Lisa has displayed such levels of commitment to her assignments with Letterbox, she is pictured with Clare Griffiths, her Line Manager, who believes Lisa is “worth her weight in gold”!
• Debby Pritchard - for Length of Service. Debby was presented this award by Dawn Jones, who was last year’s winner, conveniently they both work in the same office!
• Gerry Baker - Qualified Professional Interim. Gerry has proven that Temps come in handy at all levels of experience and qualification!
• Jenny Harrison - Special Congratulations, Jenny worked up until 3 weeks before her due date, we can’t get over how small Kadi is now that she is already 3 months old. Best wishes go to Jenny and Lee!
• Dewi Jones - Matrix Master! Dewi has joined us in our office and is currently handling a supply management contract that we have with local authorities…no mean feat!
