With over 10 years of business success to date, Letterbox Recruiting has taken massive steps to continue to provide a professional, effective service. To enable us to continue this success we have made provisions to conduct business through the mediums of both Welsh and English. The team includes bilingual staff based at both our Beaumaris and Rhuddlan offices, where we cover all areas of North Wales. Our consultants are approachable, committed and professionally trained with the expertise to support you throughout your recruitment process.

Linda Gummer, FIRP CertRP
Managing Director
Linda established Letterbox in 2001 following an enforced personal situation which required true grit, determination and commitment - which Linda has in abundance.
A true professional who is passionate about recruitment and upholding the standards which are of paramount importance to her and to the industry. She has designed her business model to incorporate professional methodologies which can support all clients.
Linda has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years, which compliments a solid and varied background within both public and private sectors, giving her the knowledge and expertise to consult at any level. Linda’s experience of supporting the CEO of a major American aluminium company, lecturing NVQ students, dealing with District and High Court Judges, and organising marketing events for a London cosmetic house, not forgetting working with Iris the tea lady, gives Linda the overall grounded life and business experience which fundamentally provides Letterbox with its commercial acumen.
Cath Harrison, FIRP DipRP
Commercial Director
Cath has a wealth of experience as a recruitment professional. Her career path has been clearly directed and in her capacity of Commercial Director, she brings with her years of experience working for large national/global agencies in Manchester and Chester along with commercial awareness gained as Owner/Manager of an SME. She is a professional recruiter with broad and in-depth recruitment knowledge including specialist areas such as accountancy, finance, and office based disciplines, enabling her to provide clients and candidates 360° consultancy advice and support.
Cath has gained her Diploma in Recruitment Practice which, coupled with her solid experience, gives Letterbox and North Wales the benefit of a national recruiter who has a wealth of local recruitment market knowledge. You will find Cath commuting between our Rhuddlan and Beaumaris offices.
Natalie Wood (née Hughes), LL.B. (Hons)
Business Manager, Gwynedd and Anglesey
Natalie is our Business Manager for the Beaumaris office, having been promoted from her role as Senior Recruitment Consultant due to the commitment she has shown to continually striving to sustain the highest standard of client and candidate services. Natalie has further experience gained through working for a Chester based agency previously, and brings with her expertise in property and financial services specialist recruitment, which now compliments her thorough understanding of the North Wales recruitment market for office personnel.
Natalie graduated from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, with a degree in Law with French, and a Diploma in French Legal studies. Natalie supports career seekers and clients alike, identifying and understanding needs, and delivering effective temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.
Diane Morris, B.A. (Hons)
Account Manager
Diane focuses on the development of client relationships, delivering the highest standard of service. Diane is also Personal Assistant to the directors and is responsible for providing PR and project support.
Diane is a graduate of Middlesex University, having gained a degree in Performing Arts, enabling her to lend creative flair to campaigns. Diane has top level PA experience working for various industry chiefs, and brings the flexibility and cooperation required to ensure clients are catered for with the upmost professionalism.
Laura Bowen
Recruitment Administration Assistant
Laura has gained an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration and, coupled with two years administration experience gained within the financial services industry, has a solid grounding to provide an efficient and professional service.
Based in our Rhuddlan head office, Laura will be available to assist with any enquiries and will offer help to visitors and callers.
