Managing Director of Letterbox
13 years experience as a recruitment professional. Started out working career as a Secretary, progressed to MD's PA of a large American Company at the age of 23, decided to change career and Lecture in Business Studies. Passionate about people and recruitment and quickly realised that there was a need for a consultancy that could offer a working partnership that not only supplied staff but could also provide guidance and support throughout recruitment campaigns.
Heather Shafer AREC
Consultant
Heather began at Letterbox as a temporary worker. Since 2006 she has grown with Letterbox, handling both temporary and permanent placements as well as developing the administrator's role. She is now on the temporary desk and having begun her REC qualification feels she has knowledge and expertise that can benefit both clients and candidates. She provides the level of service that people have come to expect from Letterbox, which you just don't get anywhere else!

Accounts Controller
Sarah's working background has focussed around customer service and accounts giving her essential experience in providing the quality and high standard for which Letterbox is known. She has worked within Letterbox as Recruitment Administrator, Temporary Desk Recruitment Coordinator and now as our Accounts Controller. She is highly organised and efficient and takes a great pride in her work.
Emma Jones AREC
Consultant
Emma has a varied and interesting background focussing on sales and customer service. Her forte is customer satisfaction. Coming from a very customer orientated environment in many different areas, her passion is ensuring that satisfaction. She hopes to become a successful recruitment consultant with the help of the rest of the team.
